I met Michelle Letterly a few years ago at a networking group. I wasn't needing any of her products because at the time I had someone from a different company. that I had been working with for a long time. Then one day I wasn't able to reach my agent on a number of occasions making me very concerned. I believe in relationship building and after a couple of calls with the agent from another company giving me excuses I called Michelle up and asked her if I was able to change my policies with her, in turn, I also purchased an additional product. Michelle was able to assist me the same day and has always been attentive to my needs for my family. Her personable and professionalism are very appreciated and much needed. I hardly ever need to contact Michelle, because I trust she will always keep me informed, and she does. She is very pleasant and personable to work with. I recommend her to anyone I can. Building relationships is more than taking payment, it's caring for your client and their needs. Michelle Is top-notch personally and professionally.
